Guidelines for Techno-Economic Analysis of Adsorption Processes

Techno-economic analyses (TEAs) of CO 2 capture technologies have risen in popularity, due to growing interest meeting emissions reduction targets. Adsorption processes are one the proposed for capture, and although difficult, standardization TEAs adsorption should be attempted. The reason is that often referred as input data other forms modeling, guide policy, act summaries those unfamiliar with processes. Herein, we discuss aspects considered when conducting processes, present implications choices made at TEA stage offer guidance on best practice. our aim make widely accessible community, more generally communities engaged evaluation CCS technologies.
